The 52-week site planner is the home page of an open site (Site Planner in the site menu). It shows every task as a row and the 52 weeks of the year as columns, colour-coded by state.
Reading the grid

The legend along the top counts each state. The colours come from your profile; by default:
- Future — scheduled, not yet due.
- Due — due now / this week.
- Assigned — on a service visit given to an engineer.
- In Progress — the visit is under way.
- Completed — done, no issues.
- Missed — the working window passed without a result.
- Nonconformity — done, but something failed.
- Signed Off — checked and authorised.

The chips top-right jump to outstanding Remedials, outstanding Non Con's and the site's Sensors.
Use the arrows either side of the year to move between years. Print exports the schedule to Excel.
Working from the grid
Click a coloured cell to open Task Management for that task and week — it lists the visit(s) there.
From that list you can open an existing service visit, create a new one, jump to record results, or open remedial actions.
Add Job creates a one-off job outside the regular schedule.
