How to change your password

Open Change Password from User Settings in the menu. The page has two cards: your password, and your security question.

Change your password

1. Type your Current Password.

2. Type a New Password. Five buttons light up green as each rule is met:

   • at least 8 characters
   • at least one capital letter
   • at least one lower-case letter
   • at least one number
   • at least one special character — for example ! " £ $ % ^ & * ?

   

3. Re-type it in Confirm Password. The Change Password button only appears once the new password meets the length rule and both boxes match — click it.

Security question

1. In the Change security answer card, choose a Security Question and type the Answer.

2. Click Save. This answer is used to verify you during a password reset, so pick something you will remember exactly.
