Sites in the menu (or the Site List button on the dashboard) opens the list of every site you have access to. The count sits next to the title.
Type into the filter box under any column header — Company Name, Group Name, Site Name, UPRN. Filters combine, and are remembered when you come back.
The small icon columns show whether a site has a schedule (calendar), is retired (pause), and has sensors (thermometer). Use the tick / cross filter on each to narrow the list.
Use the eraser button to clear all filters, and Print to export the current list to Excel.
Click the binoculars icon on a row (or right-click / click the menu and choose Open).
Where a site opens depends on how it is set up: a scheduled site opens on the 52-week site planner; a sensors-only site opens on the sensor dashboard; a documents-only login opens on Folders.
The row menu also has Edit, Site Status and Delete — these need administrator permission and are covered in Adding & editing a site and Retiring & deleting a site.
Add Site (top right) is shown only if you can create sites. See Adding & editing a site, or bring one in from an assessment / spreadsheet with Retrieve a risk assessment / Upload a previous site.
