Administration › Standards › PPMS holds reusable planned preventive maintenance definitions — a named piece of work with a standard frequency and description. A task can be based on a PPM so many sites share the same wording and interval.
Steps
Open PPMS. The table lists every PPM with a count.

Add PPM — give it a name, frequency and description. Use the row controls to edit or delete.
Extract downloads the PPM list to a spreadsheet.
Where it is usedWhen adding a task, pick the PPM Name to pull its wording and interval in — you can still adjust the task afterwards.
