How to set up locations

Customise Site › Locations is the ordered list of places on the site where monitoring is done. Assets sit inside locations, and visits are usually worked location by location, so put them in the order an engineer would walk the site.

Add a location

1. Open Locations and click Add Location.

2. Set the Order No (where it falls in the walk), then fill in the location details.

   

3. Save. The list re-sorts by order number.

Edit or delete

Use the row controls to change a location or remove one. You cannot delete a location that still has assets — move or delete its assets first.
