Reading it

New Remedials — raised in the period.
Outstanding Remedials — still open at the end of the period.
Remedials updated — had activity in the period.

Bringing outstanding down

A high or growing Outstanding figure means remedials are being raised faster than they are closed. Work them from Corrective Actions › Remedials.
