The dashboard is the page you land on after signing in (Dashboard at the top of the menu returns you to it). It has three parts: the toolbar, your widgets, and the “ending soon” alerts.
Toolbar
Top-right of the dashboard:
- Ending (flag icon) — opens the Schedules Ending Soon panel. The number badge is how many need attention.
- Site List — opens the list of sites.
- Settings — opens Dashboard Settings (only shown if you have permission to change the dashboard).

Widgets
The tiles show totals and charts — for example completed visits, outstanding nonconformities, or a trend over time. What appears here is set per company in Dashboard Settings. Click a widget to open the underlying list where that is supported.
Schedules Ending Soon
Open the panel with the Ending button. It lists sites whose monitoring schedule runs out within the alert window.
Tick one or more rows (or Select All) and click Add Year to Selected to extend those schedules by a year. Use Refresh to re-check after making changes elsewhere.
Nothing on the dashboard yet?A new company may have no widgets. An administrator can build a starter set in Dashboard Settings.
