The assessment workspace (overview page)

When you open an assessment you land on its overview page. Everything about that assessment is reached from here.

Status bar

Along the top: Client, Site, RA Date, a Status drop-down, and an Alerts button. Changing the status here saves immediately and records who did it; moving to a “checked” status also records the checker’s name.

Information cards

Four cards — Client, Site, Assessor & Competence, Review Date. Click Edit on any card to change those details in a pop-up. The client and site names are fixed; addresses, contacts, the competence statement and the review date can all be edited here.

Section tiles

The tiles jump to each part of the assessment and show how many items each has: System ID, Assets, Surveys, Photos, Executive Summary, Control Measures, Additional Info. Each has its own guide.

Scope of Work and Comments

Expand these panels to edit the text that appears in the report. Load Template drops in standard wording. Use the editor’s save button (or click away) to store changes.

Alerts

The Alerts button lists checks against the LCA service standard that still need attention — for example the competence paragraphs not being used, the executive summary or control scheme being out of date, or no suggested review date. A green “All checks passed” means there is nothing outstanding. Click an alert to jump to the page that fixes it.

Extract to Excel

Extract to Excel downloads the assessment’s client, site, asset, survey and remedial-action data as a spreadsheet — useful for working offline or sharing with a client.

View-only accounts see the same page without the Edit buttons, template loaders or Extract button.
