If you cannot sign in because you have forgotten your password, do not keep guessing — repeated wrong attempts lock the account and only L8MS can unlock it. Use the reset link instead.
Steps

On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password?

Enter your email address and submit the form.
The Forgot Password screen.

If an account exists for that address you are emailed the next step. Check your junk / spam folder as well as your inbox.

Follow the instructions in the email, then sign in with your new password. You may be asked your security question as a check — set that in Change Password while you still have access.
Account already locked?
A reset does not unlock a locked account on its own. Contact L8MS to unlock it, then reset your password.
