You reach L8MS BRS at the web address your company was given. The first page is the Building Record System sign-in screen.
Steps

Enter your Email address and Password. Your email address is your username — it is the address your welcome email was sent to.

Use the eye icon next to the password box to check what you have typed.

Click Login (pressing Enter in the password box does the same thing).

The first time you sign in you are taken to New User Setup to set your own password and security question. After that, signing in takes you straight to the dashboard.
Wrong email or password
An Incorrect Information message means the email or password did not match. After several failed attempts the account locks and the message becomes Account Currently Locked — please contact your provider. Only L8MS can unlock it. If you are not sure of your password, stop and use Forgot Password? instead — see How to reset your password.
No account yet?
Register (Trial) starts a new trial organisation. If your company already uses BRS, ask an administrator there to add you rather than registering again — see Users & roles.
