How to use Account settings

Account settings (User Information in the menu, or your name at the top-right › User Information) is where you manage your own login — not assessment data.

Assessment details are separate

Client, site and assessor details on an assessment are changed by an administrator or risk assessor from within the assessment, not here.

Personal details

  1. Edit your First name and Surname. Your username (email) is fixed and cannot be changed here.

  2. Click Save in the Personal details card.

Security question and reset email

  1. Choose a Question, type your Answer, and set the Password reset email address. These are used to verify you if you ever need to recover the account.

  2. Click Save in the Security question card. You must fill in all three fields before it will save.

Change your password

  1. Type your Current password, then a New password. The checklist turns green as each rule is met: 8+ characters, one capital, one number, one special character. A strength bar shows how strong it is.

  2. Re-type it in Confirm new password. The Update password button turns green when everything matches — click it.

Forgotten the current one?

You cannot change it here without it. Sign out and use Forgot password instead.

Two-factor authentication

  1. The card shows whether MFA is Enabled or Not set up.

  2. Reset MFA clears your current setup and starts the process again — use this when you change phone. You will scan a new QR code and get a new set of backup codes. See How to set up two-factor authentication.
