Administration › Alterations › Alter Site Folders applies folder changes to many sites together.
Bulk Rename — change a folder name everywhere it appears across the selected sites.
Add Standard Folders — push a standard folder structure into sites that are missing it.
The standard structures themselves are maintained under Administration › Standards › Folders.
