BRS can pull risk assessments straight from the L8MS Risk Assessment platform — used by Retrieve a risk assessment and Merge a risk assessment. To do that it needs your Risk Assessment sign-in details, stored once here.
Steps
Open RA - Login Details from User Settings in the menu.
The page shows whether a working link is already stored. Enter the User Name and Password you use to sign in to the Risk Assessment platform and click Login.

BRS checks the details against the Risk Assessment platform and tells you whether the link is now active.
If your Risk Assessment password changesThe stored link stops working. Come back here and enter the new password, or Retrieve / Merge will fail to see your assessments.
No Risk Assessment account?You only need this if your company also uses the L8MS Risk Assessment platform. Without it, set sites up manually — see Setting up a site.
