We have years of practical experience in on-site risk assessing, we know what is possible and have template documents available for editing to meet your specific requirements.
• Selecting a water treatment service provider. - We offer evaluation of tender returns help choosing supplier short lists and attendance at Pre-contract supplier selection meetings.
• Independent Auditing of supplier performance. - L8MS offer on-site and report based monitoring of supplier performance these include: - Assessing a ‘model’ building ourselves prior to assessment by the supplier (possible supplier) and then comparing the reports. Attending site with a supplier and assessing conformance with tender. Reading in coming reports for completeness / clarity, anything from all reports to a pre-define sample of the total. Tracking monthly / quarterly / 6 monthly / Annual task completion by the supplier. Any other client driven requirement for ensuring the defined quality is achieved.

• Written scheme - Normal / Standard operating procedures, start up and shutdown, control limits or legionella policy documents, we have many examples to use as the base of a document customised to your needs.
• Method statements - We have method statement models for a number of common water hygiene activities that we can supply to you or modify to your requirements.

• LCA Legionella Control Association Internal audits - Should you want us to come along an conduct an ‘internal audit’, which should be completed annually if your company is a member of the LCA, then we have access to several LCA assessors who can spend a day auditing your systems.
• Method statements – We have method statement models for a number of common water hygiene activities that we can supply to you or modify to your requirements.
• Advice on all things Water – We have decades of experience in Legionella risk assessment, cleaning and disinfection, monitoring, water treatment, LCA assessors, WMS Council members, WMS Technical committee members and a large list of contacts to pull on. Many service providers now use us for provision of information, updates and questions when things get strange.
