Corrective Actions › Manage - Nonconformities is built for volume — filtering on lots of attributes together and applying a single change to a big selection.
Steps

Set any combination of filters: Group, Site, Type, Task, Responsibility, Problem, Status, Comments.

Check the count, then select the rows to change (or all of them).
Apply the update — status, notes, assignment — and confirm. A progress indicator shows it working through the selection.
Check the filter firstA bulk update does exactly what you tell it to, to every row in the selection. Read the count and spot-check a few rows before you apply.
