Logging In – First Time Setup

Step 1: Access the site

1. Open your browser and navigate to https://brs.l8ms.com/
   (You may wish to save this page to your favourites/bookmarks.)

Step 2: Sign in with your temporary credentials

2. Enter your username (this is typically your email address).
3. Enter your password (this will have been sent to you in an email from noreply@l8ms.com).

Note: The first time you log in, a "New User Setup" form will appear.

Step 3: Set your new password

4. Enter the temporary password from the email (your "current password").
5. Enter a new, strong password.
6. Re-enter the new password to confirm it matches.
7. Click Next.

⚠️ L8MS cannot retrieve your password for you — please make sure you remember it or store it securely.

Step 4: Set your security question

8. Select a security question from the list.
9. Enter your answer.
   • This answer is case-sensitive and should be known only to you.
   • It will be used to verify your identity if you ever need to reset your password.
10. Click Next.

Step 5: Enter your details

11. Enter your first name and surname.
12. Click Finish.

You will now be taken to your desktop.

Using the Site

• Accessing sites: Any sites you have access to are listed under the Sites menu.
• Logging out: Click the logout button in the top-right corner, or simply close the browser window.
