Each module has a set of videos and information screens to work through, followed by a short quiz. This guide covers the video part; the quiz has its own guide.
Steps

On the unit's Modules page, click Video on the module you want to do. The module opens with a video player and a playlist.

Click the first item in the playlist to start it. Watch or read each screen in order.

Move between screens with the Previous and Next buttons under the player, or by clicking items in the playlist. The counter shows which screen you are on (for example, "3 of 8").

When you have been through all the screens, click Take Quiz at the top of the page to start the module quiz.

To leave without doing the quiz yet, click Back to Module. Your place is saved.
Good to know
The module is not marked complete until you have passed the quiz — watching every video is not enough on its own.
If a video will not play
Check your internet connection and refresh the page. If it still will not play, try a different browser (Chrome, Edge or Firefox, latest version). Company firewalls sometimes block video — ask your IT team if it affects every video.
